I understand. I've been there.  I've learned how to feel a constant presence of love for myself and others.  I know how to draw love into my life and I want to help you too in this personal growth group I've created called Spark Love!

This personal growth group is designed strategically to help people find paths to self-love, build deeper connections and learning how to bring love into their lives.  Spark Love is not just a group course, but an unfolding journey that guides its participants towards self discovery and emotional growth.

For anyone  longing for companionship, a sense of community, or yearning for self-love, Spark Love represents the perfect platform. The model of this group aims to break the chains of toxic patterns binding you and help to embrace and express love in all its forms. This class offers a unique venue for personal growth and supportive companionship. With this class, it becomes clear that it isn't your intelligence, your fate or willpower that's lacking, but rather, the right kind of supportive environment where you can thrive through sharing your experiences and learning from others.

In this class about learning to love better, the emphasis is on interactive dialogue and engagement through experiential exercises. The aim is to boost self-discovery and bring to light the inner barriers that prevent us from embracing and conveying love whole-heartedly. You'll engage in insightful discussions and challenge yourself to practice more self-love and caring towards others.

Personal Growth Group Overview, Cost and Logistics

In this group we will:

• Learn how to work with the inner critic and self doubt
• Explore and experientially engage with your barriers to love
• Engage in experiential exercises to open the heart and explore what it means to be more loving 
• Engage in thoughtful discussions and commit to practice being more loving to self and others
• Understand the role of boundaries and self care
• And much more about love!

Logistics:

• Group will be held in person at my office at I25 & Colorado Blvd (possible virtual option also available)
• Sessions will be audio recorded and you will have access to all course materials if you have to miss
  
• Fee is $400 for entire  course or two payments of $200.  Same fee is paid regardless of how many classes you have to miss. 
• I will ask you to complete a group consent form and intake screening to make sure this is the right fit for you.
